LALITPUR: The Nepal Olympic Committee on Sunday began the Winning Mindset Psychology Well-being Programme for athletes.
Chairperson of the Sports Psychology Commission Indra Gurung carried out the one-hour session via video-conference for the athletes who’ve been getting ready for the Tokyo Olympics.
“The coaching periods of the athletes have been postponed because of pandemic COVID-19 and all of the gamers are confined to their residence due to the lockdown,” stated the NOC in a launch. “We determined to conduct the programme for every week to forestall attainable psychological and psychological issues within the athletes,” the discharge added.
