SC resumes registration hearing on writ petitions

KATHMU: The Supreme Court (SC) has resumed the registration hearings on writ petitions that was initially postponed amid the worry of coronavirus outbreak.

Joint Spokesperson on the SC Devendra Dhakal confirmed that the SC has accepted registration of recent writ petitions beginning immediately. Meeting of the SC’s Justices, on Sunday, had determined to register writ petitions conduct hearings from immediately.

Needed precautions for rules, management administration of human mobility together with of service recipients, authorized practitioners officers in the course of the registration listening to processes could be organized by the courtroom administration.
