Police have arrested an individual for allegedly morphing pictures of high-level officers, together with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and posting them on social media.
Acting on a grievance lodged with police, Toran Raj Paudel, 22, was taken into custody from Tinpatan Rural Municipality-1 of Sindhuli district and dropped at Kathmandu for additional investigation into the cybercrime. Cyber Bureau of Nepal Police Headquarters stated Paudel had posted the morphed pictures of PM Oli and different individuals with the intention to unfold hatred in opposition to dignitaries.
