KATHMU, June 6: Nepal reported the 12th COVID-19 fatality on Saturday.
According to Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS), Jumla, the throat swab pattern of a 58 years previous man who died in house quarantine at Jagadulla Rural Municipality-3, Dolpa on June 2 has examined optimistic for COVID-19. His throat swab samples had been collected at KAHS for the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) checks on June 4.
The deceased had returned from Surket on May 29. He had then stayed at house quarantine.
The KAHS has stated that contract tracing is being carried out in Dolpa district as quickly as potential regardless of the geographical difficulties.
