Hollywood director James Cameron in Wellington to resume shooting of Avatar sequels
WELLINGTON: Hollywood director James Cameron and producer Jon Landau have landed in Wellington, New Zealand, to renew the capturing of sequels within the Avatar franchise.
They reached there with 50 different crew members.
Landau posted the staff has landed in New Zealand and shall be self-isolating as per the rules laid the by the federal government.
“Made it to New Zealand. Our 14-day authorities supervised self-isolation now begins,” he wrote on Instagram alongside an image of him and Cameron on the airport carrying masks and face shields.
Landau had introduced final week that he could be returning to New Zealand to renew the filming on the sequel of the 2009 film.
The manufacturing on the challenge had come to halt in mid-March after the New Zealand authorities introduced a lockdown to stem the unfold of the coronavirus within the nation.
