NEW YORK: NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell stated the league was mistaken for not listening to gamers combating for racial equality and inspired them to peacefully protest.
One day after 2018 NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes and a number of other of his friends launched a video demanding the league condemn racism, Goodell made his strongest assertion on the problems many gamers passionately help.
George Floyd’s demise has ignited nationwide protests over racial injustice and police brutality, points former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick started talking out in opposition to in 2016 when he began taking a knee through the nationwide anthem.

“Without black gamers, there could be no National Football League. And the protests across the nation are emblematic of the centuries of silence, inequality and oppression of black gamers, coaches, followers and workers. We are listening.
