According to the CIAA, the case has been filed in opposition to 17 people as per the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2002.

The case has been filed in opposition to 4 former chiefs – Nayaraj Nepal, Tirtha Raj Lamsal, Gopal Thapaliya Bhupendra Rai. Likewise, the anti-graft physique has additionally filed the case in opposition to different 13 officers of the transport workplace.

According to the assertion, the CIAA has sought confiscation of Rs 10.08 million from Nepal, Rs 3.30 million from Lamsal, Rs 1.30 million from Thapaliya Rs 1.25 million from Adhikari.
