Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai says the federal government will quickly announce the Visit Nepal Decade in its bid to advertise the nation’s tourism business.
According to him, the federal government’s annual coverage and programme that the president will current within the Federal Parliament later this week announce the marketing campaign.
The minister’s assertion comes weeks after the federal government withdrew the formidable Visit Nepal Year 2020 marketing campaign owing to the worldwide coronavirus outbreak.
“Since the Visit Nepal Year 2020 has already been delay, a Visit Nepal Decade will probably be introduced with a plan to revive the tourism business after the coronavirus outbreak,” he says. The minister informs that the nation’s tourism business will concentrate on survival in 2020 and revival in 2021, thereby taking the business to its previous power by 2022.
He assures that the federal government will handle issues of tourism industrialists and employees hardly hit by the present disaster. The ministry is consulting different ministries for that, he claims.
