44 new COVID-19 cases in Gaki taking provincial tally to 144

BENI, June 9: Gaki Province has reported a complete of 24 new instances of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) illness on Tuesday morning.

According to Gaki Province Health Directorate, 12 individuals from Baudikali Rural Municipality of Nawalpur district, 11 from Baglung district–eight of Bareng Rural Municipality three of Nisikhola Rural Municipality — one different from Beni Municipality in Myagdi district have been examined optimistic for this deadly virus throughout a lab check carried out at Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences.

Dr Binod Bindu Sharma, spokesperson for Gaki Province COVID-19 Control Prevention Program, stated all of the contaminated individuals are being taken to the isolation wards of their respective district hospitals.
