The Ministry of Dwelling Affairs on Friday beneficial 10 officers of Nepal Police, who’re working as senior superintendents, for promotion to the vacant positions of deputy inspectors common (DIGs).
These beneficial for promotion embrace Ghana Shyam Aryal, Prakash Jung Karki, Basanta Kumar Panta, Ishwar Babu Karki, Sahakul Bahadur Thapa, Dhiraj Pratap Singh, Basanta Kumar Lama, Rabindra Bahadur Dhanuk, Uttam Raj Subedi, and Arun Kumar BC.
The promotion suggestion committee had held a gathering on the ministry yesterday night to finalise the choice.
The promotion course of was pending for the previous few months as the federal government had determined to lower the variety of DIGs within the nationwide police organisation from 26 to 14 and plenty of law enforcement officials weren’t pleased with it.
